Patient Portal Registration

Patients are welcome at Florida NeuroHealth to use the Patient Portal to send medication refill requests, update your demographic information and have your appointments confirmed by email!

Here's how you enroll:

1. Please contact the practice at 407 332 5141, or your next appointment to request a password.  We will need your full name, date of birth, zip code and your email address.  We will provide you with a temporary password to use on the patient portal .




2. Click the Patient Login button in the upper right-hand corner of this webpage or click here .  Use the email you sent us and the password given to you to login.  Follow the instructions to change the password.  Please fill out all demographic information and medical information.




3. Use the Patient Portal to refill prescriptions,  update your demographic information, or send the office a message.  Also, your next appointment will be confirmed by email.
